Observation: 2018 b7 doesn't copy to new folder in HUB

I noticed the 2018.1.0b7 install didn’t install in the /Hub folder with a version folder like b5 and b6 did.

Hi there, are you on mac or PC? I just tried this on Mac my self and it ended up in Hub folder. If windows, which version please?

Also, PGI2017, please let us know if you used the Hub installer or the ‘Download Assistant’ to install the beta.

The Hub installer didn’t see the b7 as an installable version, so I had to use the Download Assistant.

This is on an iMac.

Right, the download assistant and hub are totally different - and do not install the same way, the Hub is aiming to replace the assistant, so anything installed with the assistant will be installed in the old way to applications > Unity unless prompted otherwise. b7 is up in Hub now so I recommend uninstalling manually and reinstalling from Hub, this gives you uninstall from hub, if you don’t care about that, just use the ‘locate’ feature of the hub to locate your installed copy of b7.
