You might have some difficulty finding what you want. Oceans are usually a procedural heightmap, which means each point can only be moved up and down. A breaking wave falls over on itself, so if you want the actual water mesh to be seen falling over then a heightmap can’t do that.
But what exactly do you want? Something from much further up is certainly possible, a kind of overhead waves breaking on a coast line kind of thing.
At least very big waves and with Linux/Vulkan support. Any recommendations? Thanks
