Oculus Link to Meta Quest Pro Not Working

I am trying to connect my Meta Quest Pro headset through the Oculus Link in order to test my Unity 3D VR scene. On my Oculus PC app as well as inside the headset, there is a confirmed connection through the Link, so I believe this issue lies in Unity.

For reference, I followed this tutorial exactly: Unity VR XR Development Meta Quest 2023, Getting Started PC & Mac, Open XR, XR Toolkit (youtube.com) Everything was working perfectly fine until around 11:25 where this guy is able to open Unity through the Link portal in his headset. For him, Unity shows up as an app in his Oculus library.

However, for me, Unity does not show up at all. I have tried various combinations of restarting the connection, the headset, and my PC. I have double checked all the settings in Unity. I have even switched from OpenXR to Oculus in the XR Plug-in Management (as he used OpenXR instead so I tried switching to see if that was the issue.)

In my package manger, I have the XR Interaction Toolkit, XR Plugin Management, Oculus XR Plugin, and OpenXR Plugin installed. I have Android as my build platform and the Oculus Quest Pro as my run device.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how I could fix this? I feel like I’ve done everything right so I just have no idea what could be wrong.

Thank you in advance!

  1. There is an issue with Link right now. QA is confirming it it seems, but it is not public (for staff: IN-71869)
  2. Make sure both link and quest firmware are updated and the same version (v63 right now?). This solves a lot of issues
