Have you had any complaints about nausea?
I have never experienced motion sickness because I consistently get a steady 72 fps. I haven’t come across any comments about such an issue in the game reviews either
Fps isn’t all that matters for motion sickness, but if no one experiences it you’re fine 
Otherwise you could look into tunneling to improve it.
Are you going to keep working on it or leave it as is?
I want to continue improving. Do you have any suggestions ?
