Old Sea Port Model Pack

I wouldn’t be posting here, but this is my first attempt at publishing anything on the Asset Store. It’s also basically my first time posting here on the forums, so bear with me if I’m in the wrong catagory, or am a little unaware of how the community operates.

I’ve been spending the past couple days getting used to Unity 5 and working with the new lighting and shader workflow. I whipped up this scene as an experiment, but now I’m thinking of publishing it on the Asset Store. As I’ve never put anything up on the Asset Store before, I want to see what other people think and get an idea of how I should go about it and what results to expect.

Here, have some screenshots.

There are about 26 individual assets so far, though 6 of them are simple blocky modular wall pieces.

What do people consider to be a good price for this kind of thing? I pictured something like $10-$20, keeping in mind that the screenshots here are not the finished product.

Is there any actual demand for 3D assets like this on the Asset Store? How many buys should I expect? I ask because I have no idea if I should expect 2 buys in 36 months or 36 buys in 2 months.

Is competition a huge factor to worry about when selling models? I guess this is a dumb thing to ask, but I need a third question to make this list seem more complete.

Thanks in advance to anyone who replies, even if it’s to say “go home you’re in the wrong forum”.

Nice work!!

The night time view is very atmospheric, but it is difficult to see the details. Could you please post some day time screenshots?

The post-processing is still tailored toward the night scene, so it doesn’t look as nice as it could. I also haven’t finished tweaking the specular maps, so certain things look like metal when they shouldn’t. Other than that, here you go.
