'OnInputSystemEvent' nodes keep resetting, every time Play Mode exits; Visual Scripting Graph

Hey what’s up. There is a specific node for reacting to inputs defined using the Input System, within the Visual Scripting Graph.

However, every time I exit play mode, the node requires a re-load, or it will no longer read the actions given to it from the Input Action Asset…

This is unfortunate, as being able to set up the Input System, and simply use this node as the Event Trigger, is extremely convenient… Not sure if this is a bug, or if I’m missing something else, but I will keep trying to make this work. It is potentially very useful.

Alright… After exiting play-mode, the node’s action selector says there aren’t any options…

However, if I re-enter play-mode and press the proper buttons, the behavior is still there… So, it seems like this may just be a bug on the node display… This removes the ability to swap the action, but I suppose it still works properly as long as I set it up correctly at the beginning…

I figured out a way to work around this…

I simply plugged separate nodes into the ports, as opposed to relying on the node properties.

No bugs if I do it like this.
