Only Directional Light is visible in Scene View mode

Hello,
I’m using URP ad just upgraded from newest 2022.1.20f1 to the 2022.2.b10 build. Now there are no lights showing in the Scene View except directional in Deferred Mode. In Forward rendering modes scene view shows them.
So when in deferred mode, all lights are working in the Game mode view, including point and spot, their shadows are visible too, but in the editor only Directional Light is seen.

// Update: tested in Sample URP scene without modification too and the problem is present in deferred as well. So it’s not about my scene.

Left: Scene View - point and spot lights result Right: Game View - point and spot lights result

Also, when I set spot light shape to 3/4 of outer angle, all shadows start disappear and light leaks through all meshes. No setting in the lights or even 4096 shadowmaps fix this. It’s really hindering the lighting workflow.

What can be wrong? That scene worked find in all previous versions.

Best Regards,
Eltharis

Update 19.10.2022:
In deferred mode URP, no lights are seen in Unity 2022.2.0b11 Scene view except Directional Light.
For all new scenes. So not fixed.
Also, deferred lights bleed through all geometry. Switching to forward rendering fixes the problem.
