Opacity of Game Objects on the HoloLens

Hi, I have an application successfully deployed to the HoloLens in which game objects are not rendered with the correct opacity. In remote emulation all alpha channel information is correctly rendered but in the deployed application, this information is not correctly displayed. Has anyone encountered a similar problem or know the solution to correct? Am only using standard shaders in Fade mode and Single Instance Rendering.
