Open New Project in Unity 4.0 and Slew of Errors and Warnings

Hey,

I just download 4.0, and imported all my assets etc, and I got 10 warnings and errors off the bat. I’m a beginner to Unity, so I wanted to post here to get any help as to why I have these errors/warnings. Any help is greatly appreciated, and I’ll post the screenshot below.

Some errors(the red ones) telling you that you have Itween and Playmaker stuff in your project already and you put it in there a second time

The warnings(the yellow ones) can be ignored to a certain extent sometimes but it looks like updating your Playmaker and SmoothMoves might clear up most of them
