Opening a project in beta

I have tried now on several machines, and am not used yet on using this Forum, so if there is already something about these, please give me a hint, where to find it.

I installed beta on my pc and whenever is even want to open a new blank project, i get:

Failed to initialize project : EPERM: operation not permitted, open ‘C:\ProgramData\Unity\cache\packages\packages.unity.com\com.unity.purchasing@0.0.19\Editor\UnityEditor.Purchasing.dll’. No packages loaded.

A re-import of the project may be required to fix the issue or a manual modification of D:/New Unity Project (4)/UnityPackageManager/manifest.json file.

What’s wrong about my purchasing ?
Do i need to be a pro licensed user ?

Could you shutdown your cache server and try again? There have been similar issues that were related to the cache.

how do I do that?

Under Edit->Preferences->Cache Server, set Cache Server Mode to Disabled.

If you have a local cache server running, it will be in a console window with tiny text, and you can kill it with CTRL-C.

Yeah ! that helped.
As i use my project on the same hard drive with different OS systems, sometimes a deleted library folder also does do things, i wouldn’t have thought of before.
Switching OS on the same computer isn’t a joke for unity ^^

Well that did not work for me
