Opening Project in Non-Matching Editor Installation dialog always be hidden by editor splash screen

Hi. I found that “Opening Project in Non-Matching Editor Installation” dialog is always hidden by Unity editor’s splash screen. So it is very hard to notice it.

I think that dialog should be top of the screen so user can be easily noticed.

Tested in Unity 2022.2.0b3.

Thanks for flagging this. This was due to a bug and should be fixed in b5.
