Opening Unity Project

I’m a beginner and I’m trying to open a unity project so that I can run the game and see what it looks like. Here is the link:

I tried opening the Assembly-UnityScript and the unity scene, but it just opens the same project that I’m actually on. I’m using Unity 4.3.4 btw.

How do I open this up so that I can run the entire game and play around with it for a bit?

File → Build & Run or Ctrl + B .
