OpenXR plugin 1.5.3 not available

I can see OpenXR Plugin 1.5.3 is available here : Oculus Quest Support | OpenXR Plugin | 1.5.3

But in my Unity 2022.1.19f the only available version is 1.4.2.
I have a big issue with the 1.4.2 on my Quest2 v46 , I would like to try with the 1.5.3

With the OpenXR 1.4.2, I was able to play my game with my Quest2 v44.

Make a bug report and then manually change it in the packages.manifest
