Optimization for asset packages

Hi!

First of all, my Unity knowledge is pretty basic. I’m starting a asset pack to sell in the Asset Store and I would like some tips and suggestions to make it as best as possible. It will be a modular medieval village low-poly handpainted asset pack. So:

1-Should I create 1 texture for each asset, or put for example all the beams in one texture, all the walls in another one, etc.? Seems like most people use 1 texture for each asset. Is this the best approach?
2-The plan is to have lots of separate pieces (different floors, roofs, beams, doors…), some of them with texture variation, so the user can customize their own houses, and also some ready to use prefabs with pre-made houses as an example of how everything fits together. What do you think?
3-Should I create the colliders for every asset or that’s usually done by the own user?
4-What do you think is a reasonable price for a high-quality pack with around 50 modular assets with diffuse texture only and a bunch of medival house concepts and annotations to help building functional houses?
5-Is there anything special I should know?

Thank you!

I wish I could help you with this, but unfortunately, I have never made
any asset packs, for the Unity asset store.

But I just checked out, your artstation portfolio. And…
Wow! Your artwork is really amazing dude.
