Orbital Transposer misses Y axis

I use the mouse to rotate around an object.
X axis works great, but Y axis is missing.
Please add the Y axis, too.
It does not make sense to only add the X axis.

I don’t want to extend CM with a custom script. I feel that the ability to use the Y axis is nothing fancy and should be built in.
CM has such super special settings, but the Y axis (a basic feature) is missing.
I think users should not have to write custom code for that.
I would again end up with a custom solution even though I wanted to ditch all my camera code and use only CM.

Thank you!

@Gregoryl Could anybody of the Unity team respond? It’s blocking me. Thank you!

Orbital Transposer does not have Y Axis, but you can achieve what you’d like.
Have a look at our example scenes: 3rdPersonWithAimMode (Framing Transposer + POV), AimingRig (ThirdPersonFollow), Free Look character (Freelook), DualTarget (Framing Transposer + Composer).

To get our sample scenes, go to Window → Package Manager → Cinemachine → Samples → Import:
