Organization locked for fraud

Hello,

Our organization was recently locked for fraud incorrectly.

I have tried to submit an appeal, but the uploader fails to receive the APK. I have tried from several computers.

As uploading the application APK is necessary to submit the appeal, we are unable to do so, and remain locked out of our account.

I have submitted a regular request, but was told this may take 2 months.

Is there anyway this process can be expedited. We are trying to release this application as soon as possible, and this issue has come as a really bad time.

if you have pro or higher licenses,
usually there is some assigned contact person/unity representative for your company.
(but not sure where to find their details, unless they have emailed you first at some point…)

I do not currently have a pro license (yet) unfortunately.

ok, try to ping some unity person from this ads forum,
if you find someone who has recently replied similar topics…

No luck so far. This is a really big issue for us and I have no idea what to do now. We rely on several Unity services.

Still no luck getting this resolved. I believe the Google Play automated pre-launch reports may have caused this issue, since they run using VPNs.

This is really impacting our release, and I have no idea what to do.

try unity discord also, sometimes support people pop in there.
