I have a character walking, when it reaches the waypoint it should wait.
I have an animation for the waiting, but it doesn't stand in the origin, So when the character reatches the waypoint it moves and starts the waiting animation.
If i relocate the animation in max. The animation in unity doesn't work correctly anymore.
I watched the screencast until the end but the end didn't appear to show a problem.
What do you mean by "the animation in unity doesn't work correctly anymore"? What is it doing that's not working? Is it simply not playing or is it still playing in the wrong place?
For moving a Biped in Max, try selecting the Bip and then go into the Motion panel\Biped rollout (see here). There's a button on there for "Move All" mode. Hit that and then move your Biped to 0,0,0. Then deselect the "Move All".
