OSX - License when toggling startup-disks ?

A quick question:
I got a full licensed Pro+iPhone version running on OSX. Additionally one licensed Windows version running, which is supported according to EULA.

But how does the licensing on the OSX part behave if i want to toogle between Leo ( 10.5.8 ) and Snow Leo ( 10.6.2 ) startup disk on the same MiniMac occasionally ? This is important because i want to run Snow Leo most of the time, but as there are still problems with Unity Remote on Snow Leo, i want to be able to boot into the working 10.5.8 OS-Version if needed, using the same MiniMac of course .
Is that possible/supported/allowed ?
Any experience ?

so - nobody ever tried to have the license work across 2 OSX Versions on two different startup volumes, but on the same machine ?
Strange, thought this might be of interest for some people…
