Hi,
Our PlasticSCM worked well on 2 of the PC systems but not on the other 2. They don’t see our cloud organizations, thus all the projects are invisible to them. no matter which account they use. In the Client Configurations, it says:
“Something went wrong. The method version 1 is not supported. Minimum supported version 0.Maximum supported version 0.”
Do you know what’s going wrong? I’ve got the log file. Please let me know where to send it to.

Could you open a support ticket at devops-vcs-support@unity3d.com including your Plastic client logs?
Are they able to see the repositories in the web dashboard under DevOps → Version Control?
yes they can see the repository in the browser but not in the app. I’ve sent email to the address you mentioned, attached with the log. This has forced us to switch to GitHub for the whole team.
