Outdated answers about URP

Muse gives incorrect (mostly outdated) answers on questions about URP 15+

  1. It does not know that RTHandles are available in URP (it says it is part of HDRP only)
  2. It does not know anything about classes like Blitter (to perform blit operations, like BlitToCameraTexture and etc)

I think the reason can be documentations used to give answers about URP is outdated.
