Overflow Hidden Does Not Work On Text When Width Or Height Is Below Treshold

In picture 1, the width is above 1 and the content within is hidden, while in picture 2 the content is visible even though overflow is set to hidden. This only seems to be a problem with text as I tried adding a child within the container, which was hidden properly. Also, border width seems to pe part of the problem as I can have a border width of 10px and the overflow will break at 20px.

This seems like a bug! Can you fill a bug report with a small repro project?

There is currently a few changes going on with the text engine, please specify the version of both unity and the package if applicable!
