Overlapping alphas additive? How to stop?

I’m having to create my own small patch of grass for various reasons but when I import it in and assign the transparent/diffuse shader to it I’m gettin an additive effect where the blades overlap.

Are there different options in Unity to change the Alpha blending? I can’t see anything that would do this kind of thing?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Try “Transparent/Cutout/Diffuse” or “Nature/Vegeatation Two Pass unlit”.

Aha! That’s brilliant, thank you!

Hmm this problem has come back kinda! :?

I’ve imported a new version of my asset and the grass is all very bright. Like it was when they were overlapping but now it’s happening all the time…?

I’ve set the transparency to nature/vegetation 2 pass exactly the same as the old version but it’s behaving completely different?

I’ve even got the old version in the same scene and it’s looking fine?

What’s going on? Please help. :frowning:
