Override Tracks for Timeline Not Working in 3.0f1

Okay, quick problem. I’m working in timeline in unity 3.0f (the latest one) and the override tracks don’t seem to work for me. I add a track, try to override pre-existing animation, but the record button won’t record just to make sure that it wasn’t an error with the model itself, i opened a new project and imported a generic knight model from the asset store still didn’t work.

Thanks for this, I hope it gets fixed soon. I guess i’ll have to use older versions for now.
