Package has been pending review for 36 days, what's going on?

I’ve submitted my latest package “Dynamic Clouds” on August 24, and it is still listed as pending review.
Can anyone from Unity take a look at it? Because I don’t think it should take this long to get approved (it never has)

If you have created your package with Publisher Portal 2.0, you will see your position in the queue. A friend submitted a package last week is at somewhere on position 1600. They manage round about 30 packages per business day. So it easily takes 54 business days, or about 3 months. No idea what’s going on, but it’s currently a disaster for new submissions.

thanks, I think I used the latest version, I had to update it before I could submit it. no idea where you can see the position though.
the package got accepted about a week ago.
yeah, the wait time is incredibly long now it seems
