Package Manager doesn't show anything and is just gray

Hello! I’m a Unity beginner and I am experiencing problems with the Unity Package manager.

When I open the Package Manager just this shows up. Nothing happens after.
I don’t know how to fix this and I’ve already tried many things.

And, I dont know if it has anything to do with this, but I often get this error when I open my project:

Does anyone know how to fix this?

What version of the editor are you using?

Sorry for not reading your answer, but I did some more research and I was using the wrong version. Now I fixed it, i’m using 2021.1.16f now.
