Package Manager ETIMEDOUT

Hey,

Today I tried to open my existing unity project which uses the OpenVR Package. Opening failed with an error telling me that the package could not be loaded because the package manager timed out (error appended as screenshot).

So I tried to open the Package Manager in a complete new/ empty project. It also results in the error about package manager timed out.

I tried this with Unity 2019.1.3f1 and Unity 2019.1.8f. Error happens on both.
I’m using Windows 10.0.17763.
I already checked the proxy settings.

Yesterday it all worked fine, today (without changing anything) it crashes!

Reproduction:

  • Open an empty (new) Unity Project
  • go to Window > Package Manager
  • after some time of loading, it says “Cannot load packages, see console”
(console error is appended as screenshot)

Someone out there knowing how to fix this so that I can continue my work?
Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Have you looked at the Network configuration sticky post?

Pascal

Hey,

thank you for your quick reply.

I already saw the network configuration post and double checked it.

Apparently there were some local network conditions that led to this error. Since some minutes it workes quite fine again.

So thanks again!
