Package manager not showing recent versions?

My package manager is showing 1.18.16 and no updates.

Is this expected? I’m currently suffering from this:

So I’m updating my package manifest manually, but was wondering now how many of my packages might be outdated just simply because the repo is not pushing updates.

Seems related to “Recommended” versions. Kind of not cool that it doesn’t offer alternatives even to test.

Anyway… the bug still persists in 1.19.6, still need to disable firewall for android to communicate with host
