[Packages] Failed to resolve packages, modules missing and feedback.

Unity 2018.1 beta 4 here, today I installed Unity Hub to try the new template system, but unfortunately the Package Manager fails to resolve the packages, retried over and over again.
When I select Continue the editor is missing core modules and components and it’s basically broken.
The same thing happens when I manually add packages the manifest json file.
The UI package manager utility seems to work just fine but its list of packages is very limited, there is no render pipeline or shadergraph packages exposed.

Snapshots and editor log are attached, I do have a metered connection but I hope there is a more elegant solution, also hope that Unity in-house packages be made available offline in the installation folder either through the standalone installer or a seperate standard packages installer like other platforms for folks who work offline. (full integration? …maybe:roll_eyes:)

Also I don’t see cross-project packages, is it still on the roadmap?
Thanks very much.

My Unity version was also crashing with the Package Manager while “resolving packages”. Running Unity as administrator fixed all my problems!!!
