PACKT’s free book today is “Blender 2.5 HOTSHOT”. As of posting this, you have about 21 hours left to get it.
While not technically a Unity book, Blender does get a lot of recommendations on the Unity forum so I figured people might be interested.
Yesterday was also a Blender book, so PACKT may be doing several on the same software in a row. They do that sometimes.

It’s not actually a sale thing; the page has a different free book every day. The books do sometimes repeat.
I just keep that PACKT page on a list of bookmarks I check every day for news, humor, and whatnot.

They do have alot of good books, I just need to pause time for a year or so to get round to working through them all
