Paid for asset 4 times did not recieve it

Hello,

So I paid for a asset 4 times kept getting a message ( transaction declined , invalid address)
But it still took the cash, and I still don’t have the asset.

Emailed Caitlyn, she simply looks at and does not reply back… what should I do?

I have had this happen before, in about 3 or so days (depending on your bank) the funds will be returned to your bank account. Unity takes a pre-authorization for the entire amount, so while it appears you paid for it 4 times, as long as it was declined the funds will be returned.
