Is there anny free painting program there I can make picture that have like no background i mean like a gui life that is just a circleI.
I have made this one in “paint” but I dont want the white around it.
(drag over the picture just like you copy a text to see how large it is.)
please help me!

Paint.NET is pretty amazing, should use it, and its free!

What you need to do is read up on alpha channels, and programs to create them.
Paint.net is free and you can create alpha channels, so start there.

I have gimp can I do it there to?
Gimp should be able to do what you need.

I found a tutorial on youtube.
use gimp 2.6 its a great free paint program .
