Particle effects do not display properly in Vision Pro

There is a problem with the display of our particle system effects in Vision Pro. The display of the effects in Unity is normal, as shown in the video. However, when we package this effect and test it in Vision Pro, all the particle effects become white squares. We set the polyspatial particle system mode to Bake to Mesh in the project settings, and our polyspatial version is the latest version 1.3. What might be the cause of this problem? Thank you for any suggestions.

Our particle effect should originally be a spherical mesh. The rendering mode is also mesh.

This should work, as far as I know. Would it be possible for you to submit a repro project as a bug report and let us know the incident number (IN-#####) so that we can investigate?

Hi,
did you manage to solve this?

I’m having the same issue – a simple particle system with collision enable.

When deployed to the device, is not rendering the mesh neither the color and the collision settings are not being applied
When tried on PlayOnDevice, on the editor it looks fine but in the device is not

Hi @AndrzejUnity
Would you be able to assist me with this?

I can assist you if you provide a repro case as a bug report and let me know the incident number (IN-#####). Otherwise, I can’t reproduce this.

For anyone encountering this issue, check Supported Unity Features & Components | PolySpatial visionOS | 2.0.4 and set the the Particle Mode to Bake to Mesh
thanks @AndrzejUnity
