Particle Playground Effect

I am needing to create something close to this using particle playground. Sorry for the background noise in there… mostly it’s just the green ‘ribbon’ but there’s also some smoke like effect as well. Anyone give me any tips?

Thanks, I realize it’s a commercial asset, but I have seen quite a few questions/answers on it here in these forums. Just hoping someone else may have similar settings and could help out.

And thanks, it’s just the cap from a USB Flash drive that I sharpied a line on.
