As far as i can tell all they did was add random rotation, but not make any way to make per particle rotation over the life of the particle. How do you do this?
(I’m posting this here since the thread’s title is general about the particle’s rotation)
I’m looking for a way to make each particle automatically get a specific constant (over it’s lifetime) rotation that will be the same as it’s direction of movement, as shown in my image:
I have seen the Unity feedback subject that Eric posted and I see that what I want to do isn’t still possible, or is it?
@schwertfisch Try setting Stretch Particles to Stretched. I use that for the star field effect in my game ShootStorm, which looks a lot like your illustration.
