Particle System color over life gradient editor,where is alpha channel?

I saw others unity have alpha channel in gradient editor in some videos

its because my unity is personal edition or version changes?

To change the Alpha value, bring up the color picker and move the handles on the TOP of the window. The top are for Alpha, the bottom for color.
