Particle system cone shape Emit from the larger base (inverse cone)

I want particles to fly convergently toward one point. That is, let particles fly from the bottom base of the cone to the top point, like an inverse cone.
Any hint, please?

I manage to do this by using Particle Force Field, basically using a wind that sucks particles in, but it is not perfect and it can’t be scaled up or down.
