I want to show some particle effects in front of my mainmenu but somehow can not see the particles in front of the UI. What am I missing here. Did not think this would be a problem. 
Any help welcome!
What kind of Canvas are you using? Screen Space Overlay? That is always drawn on top of everything.
I have created a standard background image using a UI panel. Thanks for your help! I was able to use a second cam and with some tweaking I managed to get the particles in front now. 
I have the same.problem, My canvas is in Space Overlay but the particle don’t show…any idea?
Yes my idea is that if you use Screen Space Overlay it won’t work. Don’t do that.
I’m told all the kool kids (the ones smokin’ particles out back behind the school yard) are using the mob-sakai particles-on-ui package, available from github in many different forks and installable via the Package Mangler.
