particle system invisible

Hey,

I have a short question. The moment I use my hierarchy search bar my particle system becomes invisible. It won’t come back I have to revert to a save before I used the search bar. Any idea what this could be?

Uh, particle systems are visible only if they are selected in the hierarchy view.

yeah but when i reselect it it still remains invisible in play mode and in build really weird
