Particle systems: change rotation speed and make it movable

Greetings,
The first one is self-explanatory, I have a smoke system that rotates like it’s having seizures, I need to make it rotate slower.
The other, I want a constant smoke curtain so to speak, which wouldn’t be a problem if it was stationary, but it will move quite fast. Even still i want it to look like when it’s not in motion (maybe fast emission and fast destroy of particles?) How to do that?

EDIT: for the record, when particles are emitted, they do their job from where they were created. I need particles that while do their job, but also change their position as the player moves.

Sod it. The first, I tweaked some whatnot and it got solved, the second, simulations space = local.
