Path tracing for water and vfx

Unity could be a such nice platform for creating high quality animation content, do you think team should include support for water system and vfx to work with path tracing?

I agree it would be lovely but sadly, there’s nothing planned for this.

Given that some of the VFX stuff is actually supported by raytracing, it would be theoretically possible to support at least those in the pathtracer but lacks of resources and different priorities means that it probably won’t happen soon.
