Pathfinding for Customizable Scenes, Making NavMeshes Change at Runtime? (Free version)

Is this possible to make pathfinding from unity’s navmesh or from scratch to implemnent pathfinding objects at runtime?

I believe NavMeshes have to be baked, which can only be done in the editor before you build the game. You’ll have to create your own pathfinding scripts and algorithms if you want it to be done dynamically at runtime.
