Payment Delays Problem

Please can anyone tell me if there are issues with payment delays? I sent my invoice since 8th of Dec 2016 and yet to get payment.

How is the 30 days calculated (with Weekends or without weekends)?

I am having this issue too. 10 days delay. This is really frustrating when you are relying on unity payments.

More than 60 days of delay here. Unbelievable but true :slight_smile:

Oh Man! 60 days. Looks like Unity needs to automate it’s payment process. I wonder what is stopping Unity from automating the payment process. Afterall, Unity is such a renowned tech company. Such delays should not happen.

This is not the way of the big companies. Admob pays a little less but on time with no headache of invoices and delays. I am going back to admob.:frowning:

I am facing this huge delay again. The support is not answering my queries. Please help me. My due date has already passed and I have not received my payment.

Our first payment is delayed for a month. Good amount of money waits to be transferred. Support (#435415, #437520) started to answer something about some holidays (a month long?) and stoped later to answer at all. We need the money to pay the ads for our games, we loose the finance interest. But looks like no one cares.

I wonder if someone can give me any contacts of higher managers to discuss the situation. I can’t believe such good company as Unity can be so unnecessary with finances.

I too have got a delayed payment issue. Never had a problem before, but now its over a week from the due payment, and my email has been unanswered… Very frustrating when the money is important to your livelihood.

it’s 2019 and still the same

  • your first payment takes 60 days
  • then every other payments have 5-15 days delay
  • they also hold your last invoice and pay it on the next month
    60 + (5/15) - 30 = 69 Good job Unity

i think this happens on wire transfer and not paypal users

Unity processes payments at the end of each month on a net 60 cadence, which means that your outstanding balance is paid in full and received within 60 days of each payment period, so long as your earnings met or exceeded the minimum payout amount.
