Payment taken for $200 asset, but Unity Store has flagged my purchase, and still not received asset?

Hi guys - can’t seem to find a support option or thread/area for ‘purchase issues’ with the Asset Store, so I’m asking here?

I’ve just had a payment taken for a $200 asset ($240 total with tax) (this one):-

…but once my payment had processed, the Unity Store flagged up some kind of concern, and said I’d be notified in a day or so… …the payment is also held / pending, when looking in my banking app.

I also tried this a couple of days ago, on a different browser. The original payment was also taken, but now seems to have been reversed, so I tried again today - EXACT same thing.

I even completed the process of going through Sentinel each time, and having my bank authorise this via my app, so I’m kind of stuck?

I’ve STILL not any email correspondence, as advised at the time of the store flagging it? - hopefully I’ll get an email for this attempt this time…

What can I do in this scenario please? there doesn’t seem to be any active support or direct chat function, so I’m just looking for any advice regarding a resolution, from anyone who’s possibly had this issue?

I DO want to buy this asset, but it clearly seems that I’m not being allowed to for some reason, my money’s no good here!
