Payout 2024 Delay?

Hello, most of us know that the platform was updated to the Tipalti system when it comes to payments.

As of today, January 26, there is no announcement or information about when the automatic payment will be and I think it is a concern for many users, including me.

Is there any staff in charge of telling us when the automatic payment will be? Since it does not appear anywhere on what date they will pay us. Thank you.

This is also the same issue here. Will payment still proceed normally?

I had high hopes for improvements after transitioning to Tipalti, but it seems we’re experiencing more delays instead. Could it be that they forgot to re-enable automated payments after the maintenance?

Hi, I am responding as an update to this post and I hope it takes away your concern.

In the Configuration → Finance section and in the “Invoice” tab, the billing with due date and the amount of my payment has appeared. You can see if it appears for you as well and this would be resolved.

My payout status is mark as submitted, but still didn’t received it in my Paypal? How about you guys?

Hi, my status is the same in finance “Sent” and in the same way through PayPal, I even received an email from Unity that my payment has been sent…

However, I still do not have the payment in my PayPal.

Let’s hope it arrives tomorrow or on the expiration date you indicate.

Yes, just received payout this AM. Got email yesterday. I’m US based and payment went direct to bank.

For PayPal I have not yet received payment as of today, January 30.

Has anyone received payment through PayPal?

Thanks for the update. What is the status of you payout in the invoice after receiving it?

The status of the invoice in finance section of dashboard says "Paid’. Also after receiving payout Unity sent a 2nd follow up email titled “Tipalti payment processed successfully”.

Today (Jan 31) is the due date of my payout that supposed on Paypal, but still didn’t received it. Anyone received it on their Paypal?

Also why the Total Unpaid Balance on my Dashboard was reverted back to the total including the submitted payout for this month? Does that mean that the payout to Paypal is not succesful?

same exact thing happened to me. Unity is handling this terribly right now, there’s a severe lack of information on everything

The same thing happened to me, the total was reversed.

There is no notice, no email, or anything regarding our payment, which according to the due date is today, January 31.

I only have a first email letting me know that they will pay me along with the PDF to download of our payment for the month. I have no more.

until today, i havent received my payment, i think paypal is better than tipalti
