Payout 2024 Delay?

Hi, I’m new here so i have one question. When you have some amount in Project overview → Est. ads revenue, how much time it takes to copy this ammount to Finance → Total unpaid balance

The total unpaid balance should now be shown as January and February, brother. When the payment order is issued, January will be removed from the system.

I’m not using PayPal but have listed the details for my bank, in South Africa. Nothing has been received, no payments have been processed, and the dashboard just shows it as “In Process”. Nobody has contacted me, still. My open ticket is being ignored by Unity and there is no official response on the forums. Would be amazing to know whats going on. Maybe its time to ask Jason Schreir to start investigating and find out whats actually happening.

Your situation may be specific, brother, it would not be right for me to comment. I had no problems with tipalti payments. I can even say that it makes payments faster than the old system. I hope support will contact you and fix your problem.

Hello everyone, last month I had a problem, I received a payment, but this month it is not displayed, tell me in which section it is located?

Usually, I receive emails from Unity around the 22nd of the month. However, it’s now the 27th, and I haven’t received any emails from Unity regarding payment. I’m starting to get worried.

Payout History

We should be receiving some email today or tomorrow, I realized these 2 months with the Tipalti service that they do it with 2 to 3 days left before the end of the month, we just have to wait I guess since there is no customer service or support so seen.

Finally, I just received an email confirming that my payment has been submitted.

I completed the payout profile on the unity dashboard. The payment method I selected was Paypal. In my invoices tab, I can see the invoices for November, December and January with due date months being of January, February and March. The status is showing “In Process”.

I wonder if I filled the form correctly. Contacted the support team but no reply since 2 weeks. My doubt is whether the form that I filled in the unity dashboard is enough for me to get the payment through PayPal? Or should I create an account somewhere else besides the unity dashboard? If anyone can help, it would be great.

No payment for January and February yet. Sent ticket to support but no reply. Poor support Unity!!!

The payment status shows as submitted on Unity Financial, but it has not been credited to my account. When can I expect to receive the payment?

Yes many devs from India did not receive the payment

Your situation may be specific, brother, and it would not be right for me to comment directly. Personally, I haven’t had any problems with Tipalti payments. In fact, I’ve found that it makes payments faster than the old system. Hopefully, support will reach out to you soon and resolve your issue.

In the meantime, if you need to check the status of any SASSA payments or grants, you can do so easily online. Visit the official SASSA website, navigate to the ‘Services’ section, and click on ‘Check Your Status.’ Enter your ID number and follow the prompts to see your current status. I hope this helps!

No Payment for March.
I sent a ticket, and two supporters - Sam and Jenya replied and told me they would pay by the end of June. And now it’s the end of July, still received nothing
