I have been working on a game, and have added a multiplayer mode to it. It works fine on local area networks, but as soon as I try to go beyond that, I get the very descriptive “Connection Failed” error when I attempt to connect to someone else or they try to connect to me… I have searched for the answer to this problem time and again, but have come up empty handed, and I apologize if I somehow missed it. I can provide more information if need be. Thank you in advance.
Connection failed means that the other side is not reachable, normally due to firewalls / missing portforwards. See http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/67123-Connection-fail for a currently ongoing thread on the matter
