people using macs please help

it was reported to me that hot keys are not working on macs. can somebody verify that for me?
i want to rule out that there was something wrong with the mac it was run on.

Works fine here.

What your users might be experiencing, is the fact that the webplayer needs focus before it will accept keyboard input. Try starting your project with a ‘click this button to begin’ button, then see if the same users still suffer from the problem.
