Per camera post processing in URP or HDRP

Hi,

how can I achieve this effect in URP or HDRP?

In the built-in renderer, I used the Post Processing v2 package. Two cameras, a “background” and “foreground” layer. One post processing volume for each layer.

This does not seem to work in either URP or HDRP.

Can anybody help me?

I found Custom Passes, and I am going to try that. But I am not sure if that really works.

“SlightBlurEffect” might be what I am looking for. At least there is a mask layer. But how to change colors and darken the background, I don’t know.

I am operating in the dark here. It really isn’t well documented.
