Earlier today the Performance Reporting service suffered a critical database issue. We had to take the service offline for a time and perform a database migration. No existing data was lost, but we have lost a few hours worth of incoming crash events while the service is down.
The database migration is still running, but in the meantime we’ve deployed a hotfix that allowed us to get the Performance Reporting service partially back online in a degraded state. Some functionality such as the dashboard should be available, but it is still not working for event ingestion or deletion. Unfortunately I don’t currently have an ETA on when the database migration will complete and full functionality will be restored.
