Hi, a strange thing happened to us, we have a perpetual licence that we paid for and it was deactivated. Do you have any suggestions on how to reactivate it?
Wow, a perpetual Unity license. I thought the last version of Unity that supported that was Unity 5 which is somewhere around 10 years old. I’m surprised it still works on anything other than standalone builds. I have a feeling that Unity might have discontinued this. If they have then there’s no way to reactivate it. I think Adobe also discontinued their perpetual licenses. Might want to get in contact with a Unity rep to confirm though.

if this is about the unity hub, that app is broken or something because each time I log in it keeps telling me i don’t have a license and it will create one for me.
